"My 4th stay !!! The staff makes the place a second home. Professional smiling service. Only downside is the slow internet connection in the rooms. Wifi is not included and is available for a price in the lobby bar. Or it is free at the very good italian restaurant downstairs. "This hotel was very strict. You almost feel as if you are on watch the entire time you are there. Breakfast and internet are charged separately and expensive. You can find other hotels for the same price that at least give you breakfast. And without disclosing it up front, they charge you $3USD each day for the safe, whether you use it or not. I didn´t think that was right. The location is good. Hotel is grand and hallways are beautiful. However, the downfall is that you hear doors slamming hard all night light and heels walking on the hard wooden floor hallways.. so no rest there after 6 am.
