Getting there:Just south of Dublin on the coast 35 minutes from Dublin city (off peak) Take the M50 southbound for Wexford, which will lead on to the N11. Follow the N11 and take the third exit for Bray, (the Enniskerry, Bray, Greystones Exit) Follow the hotel sign at the first roundabout, at the 2nd roundabout follow the Greystones sign. Hotel is 1km from the main N11 motorway. Heading up from Wexford Follow the signs for Dublin/N11. Take the 1st exit for Bray and cross the overpass. At the 1st roundabout follow sign for Ramada (which is the 2nd road from the left) At the 2nd roundabout follow the sign for greystones. (hotel is .05km))

fantastic experience...booked this for overnight for wedding but will definitely be back with the kids...unusual to find any staff involved in service industry who are happy in their work....but all the staff here were prepared to go the extra mile and looked as if they were enjoying it....thanks for looking after us
It suited my purposes perfectly I would only say that the room and bathroom weren't very clean. Only the floors really, The hoover hadn't been used much and there were recent stains on the bathroom floor.

although this hotel is fairly new there was a leak in the bathroom floor, damp patches on the walls and several appliances were broken.
one small complaint: The bed wasn't very comfortable, but everything else was fine.
This is an hotel set up for coach tours - there were 1 or 2 coaches each of 4 nights I stayed on business. Expect breakfast to be busy and lounge/bar area usually full. New wing is better, but poorly built and may age quickly. (Outside door to balcony didn't lock, mould under new wall-paper etc.) Room not well laid out, with lots of wasted space. Bed comfortable but sitting chairs neither desk chairs nor arm chairs. Restaurant staff very pleasant, some reception staff just doing a job. Colleague who stays in area often is looking to stay elsewhere in future despite having suite. Located too far from town or business parks to walk comfortably.
Food and service top notch. Hotel is a bit hard to find if you don't know the area needs more sign's posted.
The hotel is perfect for visiting the beautiful country side and the nature. Dublin is also easy to reach. The Golf clubs are close by, the pubs in Bray are nice. I had an apartment. Everything is there and the bedroom was cosy, bathroom also fine. Very efficent and friendly staff!
