Club Room was above expectations and all the staff were exceedingly helpful, very central location, will definitely stay here again.

It is located directly across the lane from a nightclub with doof doof music. If you are a light sleeper, maybe its best to request a room that faces the courtyard. If you are thinking of booking the triple room, pls click on the extra bed, cos the rate shown is not the actual deal....which we found out the hard way. Location wise, its really good....right smack in the middle of everything. U can't pick a better located hotel in Kuta. The buffet breakfast is average but considering its included, theres nothing to complain there. Food options are basic around the hotel. The best seems to the hotel restaurant. Food presentation is fantastic but the taste is only average.

I thought that for the price we paid, it was a winner! Our bed was comfortable and the restaurant food was excellent. I would certainly return.

This is a new hotel, though the claimed theirself as a 5 star, but it's 4 star or even 3 star hotel. The advantage is that the hotel is still new and the location is strategic between beach and entertainment centers. The 2nd time I checked in, they up graded me to suite room which was a very nice room. Breakfast quite OK, overall service is slow. Internet services doesn't work well and they knew it but still they encourage guest to use the voucher, it was not a nice thing to do. I might come back to this hotel...not really recommend it.

The hotel is not very clean, on the first night I saw a few small roach running around the room. I killed them all and did not see them after that day for the 3 night stay. The breakfast is average, actuall better than some 4,5 star hotel on JL. Karitika. They at least give you fresh fruits and more choices on the cold plat. Get a room facing the garden or it will be bery busy all day hearing music from across the street if you stay in the deluxe room. Even that, when I stay there the restaurant downstir start practicing band at 7:00 AM in the morning. If you are an early person then this should not bother you. People there are very nice, but they need to improve the cleanness of the hotel room. The towel they provide are very old and used, I don't even keep towel that old in my house and I thought a 3-star hoel should have better towel. Although I complain a lot, this hotel is good for its location and price. Not recommanded for a couple wanting a romantic holiday.

Up side: Good location. Short walk to Kuta Plaza. Liked the Bali elements in the hotel rooms. Mini marts are either just next to the hotel or a stone's throw away. There are plentiful of restaurants short walks away from hotel. We had a Deluxe Room on 2nd floor, which is huge and spacious. Toilet is clean. Housekeeping is prompt to fullfill our request. Down side: Reception area is too dark and dimly lit. We checked in at about 7pm and the area was too dark for us to fill up paper works. Found some small roaches in toilet. The bed should be replaced as it squeaked too much. Bedsheet and pilow case should be changed more often as the ones we had were dirty.

We last stayed at the Ramayana 14 years ago. My son and I took the Executive Deluxe room for 5 nights as a special treat for this trip. The rooms and balcony were a bit small for the price but it was a great place, location, food - with breakfast and afternoon tea options changed daily. Only thing I could suggest is a map of the complex and any activities be posted in lobby or lifts to keep guests informed

good location for shopping. walking distance to beach. many amenities nearby except limited restaurant especially if you like seafood. not so good for those prefer quiet and peaceful holiday. overall, great place to stay in.

Nice hotel and pool, view is great if facing the garden, but bad if facing the roadside. Hotel is next to road junction, not a beachside hotel. Breakfast is just so-so for a malaysian taste. I prefer to stay near the discovery mall area next time visiting bali coz kuta town is too busy for my liking

We only spent one night at this hotel, which was New Years Eve, but found it to be very pleasant. The staff were friendly, rates were good and the restaurant for breakfast was excellent.
