Good environment and friendly staff
It is a decent hotel and staff is helpful. Only issue was Deluxe room location. The room was exactly opposite the speakers of Mosque in front of the hotel. So, at 4 in the morning, you hear the prayers full volume.

Very good location. Room was not very clean on checking in and sheets were probably not changed from the previous stay and we used our own. However, housekeeping staff was helpful the next day
Was ok. You get what you pay for I guess. Would of atleast expected a bit more customer service. Rooms were ok, but since neighbours had permenant tennants and kids it was like staying in an appartment block rather than a motel/hotel.
During my stay I was not happy in the following areas (in specific):- 1. Cleanliness of toilet 2. Electrical Machines were not working properly 3. Smell of the Hotel Apartments & specially the smell of back side enterance (where the cars parking is).
A very decent accommodation for the price. I would surely recommend it to all those looking for a budget accommodation with all facilities.
It's an okay hotel, but next time i will prefer one more star. There was very loud and you colud hear everyting from the next room. Every day we had to ask for towels and toiletpaper and the kitchen equipment was missable. The pool was nice but it was dirty. The starff was helpfull and very nice.
I had some issues with wanting to leave my reservation early, which was dealt with to my satisfaction. Overall I was very happy and will be recommending the hotel in future.

There were no towels in the apartment. After complaining we got one towel. The size of the apartment was good. Very happy with the price.

We're a couple of Aussie retirees and stayed in Dubai to break the trip to Rome. The night's sleep allowed us to arrive without jet lag. Great location in town close to 2 Shopping malls and alongside a 24 hour supermarket. The hotel is just across the road from a mosque so you hear the calls to prayer at dawn and dusk plus in between very clearly, which is good for the faithful but a challenge for a tired traveller sleeping in. The room was great but the water pressure was low, hard to get a reasonable shower. Great price though, but we paid more and stayed elswhere on our return.
The service is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great with many conveniences nearby and it's relatively easy to get to other places. The facilities within the apartments are good, overall the hotel has other facilities for the guests to use. Cleanliness was generally fine, though it could be a little better- especially with the bedsheets!
The bathroom floor does not drain properly. Other than that, the hotel is reasonable.
Despite other reviews we found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Although not immaculate, for the money this hotel is superb. The location is ok, restaurants and supermarkets in close walking distance and as with Dubai to get to most things you would take a taxi anyway! The room had all the facilities you would want and was pretty clean - the swimming pool on the roof was impossible to swim in during the day as you goot burnt within 10 minutes (although that is Dubai!). For a cheap but clean and safe place to stay in Dubai I cannot recomend anything better!
These hotel appartments are relatively spacious, but are getting very tired with bed and fittings old. Cleanliness was a bit below average, but not bad. Only had settings for 2 in a deluxe room for 4. Service was prompt and courtious. Otherwise fair.
Good value, helpful staff, good location for the old town.
The rooms are larger than most hotel room. It is clean and the inroom facilities are adequate. The walls are slightly thin and you can hear people talking along the corridor when they walk by. Note that there is a mosque in front of the hotel. Breakfast is not worth waking up for unless you desperately need a cup of wake-up coffee. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Location is good as it is in walking distance to the Creek. There are two 24 hours supermart nearby. Taxi were slightly difficult to get during rush hours. Other than that I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a medium price, average no-frill hotel within walking distance of the Creek and the Gold Souk.
