Getting there:By car If you are arriving from the North, exit the highway at Firenze Nord and follow the indications towards centro-fortezza-sede mostra. At the Fortezza da Basso, turn onto viale Spartaco Lavagnini then take the first right into via Santa Caterina d'Alessandria, where the hotel is situated. If you are arriving from the South, exit the highway at Firenze Sud. Follow the indications for centro-viali di circonvallazione until you reach piazza della Libert. Proceed along via Lorenzo il Magnifico then turn left into via Santa Caterina d'Alessandria. By train The hotel can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes from the Santa Maria Novella railway station. Exit the station, turn left into the first main street and proceed for around 300 metres until you reach piazza dell'Indipendenza. The property is situated on the left.

A friendly English speaking hotel in Florence. They also make machine coffee at your request (capuccino, latter, etc) for breakfast instead of a stale "American" coffee! About 10 min walk from the train station (no point getting a taxi), and close to all tourist attractions. Good value if booking on HotelClub.
A good centrally placed small three star hotel. While the air conditioning was noisy, the tiny lift claustrophobic and the traffic can be heard from the main road outside, we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was good (we've had much worse!) and all the major sites are within easy walking distance.
Excellent hotel in the centre of Florence. Staff very helpfull, even obtained 2 tickets for me for the Fiorentina V Glasgow Rangers game in the UEFA cup. Brilliant result for the FAMOUS Glasgow Rangers
it is located very close to the train station about a 10min walk in a straight line! breakfast included the dinning area is too cute everyone is nice there they have internet for 1 euro which was hard to come by in my travels i got the dogs room i think had to duck a bulk head in the shower and was beside the laundry room so check the room before u decide beds were comfortable which seems to be a rarity in Italy even in the 4 stars i stayed in

We were very curious about the breakfast although we didn´t find any information about it when we booked the room. We are used to eat properly every morning and this was a simple buffet but OK. Nice and friendly hotel!
Hotel location good and staff were very friendly and hospitable. Room could have been a little cleaner and less noisy as you can hear the toilets and shower in the room where we were. overall, average, but staff were good.
This hotel is in a great location for sightseeing but bring a map. The front desk was very helpfull and spoke english. The rooms were adequate with a good size bed. I felt I got more than I paid for this time.

This hotel is in a good location, being within walking distance from the main sights and the bus and train station. Rates to Go price was good value for so central a location.
Great hotel with a great breakfast. They have a fabulous location just walking distance form everything. I have travelled all over Italy and this is the best deal I have found We loved everything about it.
