It's pricey but extremely good value, beautiful facilities, great rooms, lovely grounds, nice view, great service, the perfect hotel experience. Top marks and highly recommended. "Expected a lot more for the price I was paying.
1. Not for beach lovers. The beach in front of the hotel was small and rocky. I had to take the taxi to Long Beach everyday.
2. Service was slow and poor. I had to wait for one hour to have a golf cart take me to my room after my check-in. Staff's English level is extremely weak.
3. Food was way overpriced.

"A very nice looking resort.
Upside is the pool area.
Downside is the beach, there is non that is child friendly anyway.
This is a luxury resort but with out the last touch. They have had serious problems there before and from what I understand they have recovered very well. Give current management and staff a few months more and you have a top class resort to visit." - Anonymous
