Rawi Warin Resort & Spa Koh Lanta

Brilliant. Koh Lanta is a nice island, and this place is a bit out of the way but well worth visiting. It's pricey but extremely good value, beautiful facilities, great rooms, lovely grounds, nice view, great service, the perfect hotel experience. Top marks and highly recommended. The best hotel we stayed at in Thailand (we tried 5).

The landscape is wonderful, the staff is both helpful and friendly. However, poor management and an under qualified staff results in poor value-for-money. 3000 bht per night would be a fair price given the current circumstances.

Expected a lot more for the price I was paying. 1. Not for beach lovers. The beach in front of the hotel was small and rocky. I had to take the taxi to Long Beach everyday. 2. Service was slow and poor. I had to wait for one hour to have a golf cart take me to my room after my check-in. Staff's English level is extremely weak. 3. Food was way overpriced. 4. Spa was only so so.

A very nice looking resort. Upside is the pool area. Downside is the beach, there is non that is child friendly anyway. This is a luxury resort but with out the last touch. They have had serious problems there before and from what I understand they have recovered very well. Give current management and staff a few months more and you have a top class resort to visit.

well maintained and friendly staff (although their grasp ofenglish was surprisingy poor for this quality of hotel). although we stayed there in the low season it was disappointing that the spa was closed!!!

fantastic place. great rooms. private cinema. great pool. on site bakery/coffee shop and bar. all resturants very good. food excellent. great staff.
