"Taxi drivers do not know when it is, no tourist information provided. Most hotel staff do not care to respond in English / Mandarin. Laundry is ridiculously expensive, I can buy new items in Shanghai than paying for the laundry, eg 8 RMB for a pair socks laundered and 2-3 RMB for a new one. It is quite clean, yet bathroom is slippery and window frame was broken. Bell service, call a cab service are slow. Tea provided was topped by a layer of oil, insecticide according to locals. That was the worst tea I have ever tasted. " - Anonymous
