Barco de Ávila is a Historic and Artistic Heritage Conservation area and the capital of its region. It is formed by the Tormes and Aravalle valleys.
La Covatilla ski station is 20 minutes away by car. It has a chair lift and sufficient infrastructure to enjoy winter sports. In summer you can go trekking through its spectacular landscapes.
