Very enjoyable, comfortable and great price in convenient location
A clean, well-located hotel with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. The staff were always attentive and customer service was excellent. The buffet breakfast was of a high standard and the hotel restaurant served fantastic food at reasonable prices.

Although location not in centre it is within 5 mins walking distance of two tube stations (for different lines) and a main bus route with plenty of buses to chose from and buying a 7 day pass at 25euros allowed unlimited travel on either. Hotel very peaceful with lovely courtyards to relax in. For the standard of hotel the price was excellent and the staff could not have been nicer.
Hotel a distance from downtown. Staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast good. Room nice but then should be for price paid. Next time I would stay nearer downtown.
Pleasant and well equipped hotel. Delightful bar in glass-roofed courtyard of original old Palacio. Hotel not very well located for access to Lisbon sights on foot, but conveniently near stations of excellent and cheap Metro and also very convenient for wonderful Gulbenkian museums and large El Corte Ingles department store. Our bed was rather hard but helpful staff provided some softening to the mattress after the first night. Overall - recommended.
The hotel is really super! The location, the service, the rooms - everything like in a 5* hotel. And especially I would like to point out the breakfast - it was really delicious (unlike other hotels). Only the jacuzzi in spa zone was not nice, because of too much chlorine.
My husband I stayed here for 5 days in May. This hotel is the best hotel I have ever visited. The staff are first class. The atmosphere, cleanliness, professionalism and service is superb. I am now comparing all my hotel stays to Real Palacio. I LOVED this hotel. We will always stay here whenever we visit Lisbon. I have stayed in many 5 Star hotels. They all have the same perks, but Real Palacio has what makes a REAL five star hotel.... CLASS!!!
Had one of the best times staying in that hotel. Staff are charming, hospitable and friendly :) There is not one thing I can fault with this place. I would not go to Lisbon and not stay at Real Palacio... Relaxing, elegant surroundings at the heart of Lisbon. Highly recommended... A*
Real Palacio Hotel Lisbon has provided me a good service during my stay in Lisbon. The best thing about the hotel was the quality of the service and the friendliness of the staff. Its location is more ideal for business travelers than for recreational visitors. The price was quite reasonable given the services that the hotel provided.
It's very close to the city centre 10 minutes walk.
I found that the staff were very good at their respective jobs and gave exceptional and friendly service. The meals prepared and the wine list within the restaurant were superb. A must if I return to Lisbon.
