We had an early flight and were still given a good breakfast, well before the restaurant opened. The staff were very friendly.
The hotell is good hotel and breakfast was very good. There is easy to go around by metro. I would stay there again.
Staff was very nice and courteous! Okay location where tour buses stop but not walking distance to city center. Great breakfast buffet spread.

enjoyed our stay at Real Parque, staff were very helpfull and at all times friendly and courteous. Would reccomend to any one staying in Lisbon who likes or is able to walk to city centre, harbour area etc. Hotel is closer to airport than city centre alternatives and is also near two metro stops and large shopping centre.
Impressed by the fact that having booked a triple room we found the the third bed to be a sofa bed in a separate room with it's own bathroom! The breakfast facilities were ok but not extensive.
The hotel was in a quite area not to far from the points of interest. Front desk staff was very helpful but the help in the cafe were extremely slow and disorganized. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was good. I would stay there again but avoid the cafe.

This is a lovely hotel, big spacious rooms and bathrooms. Excellent buffet breakfast, comfortable bar, very helpful and courteous staff and a very good location, near a choice of metro stations, five minutes walk from an Aerbus stop and just minutes from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and Museum. I would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again.

We were fortunate to obtain a suite and who can complain about that?
Two minutes walk from El Corte Ingles, 2 minutes from the bus stop which gets you to the centre of Lisbon in 10 minutes and 5 minutes walk from the Gulbenkein (?) museum. Only dissappointment was the evening meal in the restaurant. The service was flawless but the food overpriced for what it was - you could enjoy an equally good meal in the centre of Lisbon for about half the price.
