Getting there:We are located on the corner of Lake Road and Whittaker Road. Lake Road is off SH5 the main signposted route to the city centre from Auckland/Hamilton. We are close to the CBD and the hospital. We offer a free pick up service from Tourism Rotorua if required subject to availability and prior arrangement.
Check-in Procedure:Check in is between 2pm and 8pm, please telephone 073436083 to arrange for early or late check in (when available).
Car parking:We have free off road parking available close to all units
Child Policy:Children are most welcome. We charge $15 per child, however 2 years and under are FREE OF CHARGE! A free travel cot and high chair are available upon request (subject to availability).

The cottage is a two bedroom detached unit which has a queen bed in a bedroom, 2 single beds in a bedroom and 3 single beds in the large lounge room. The lounge also has 2 double sofa beds and dining table and chairs for 6. New Bathroom with Tiled Shower, 2 x toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a small freezer. There is a small verandah to relax as well as the gardens. Sleeps 7 in beds and up to 11 with sofa beds (bit of a squeeze). Price is for 4 persons - Extras $15pp. Thermally Heated Pool and Privtae Spa onsite, FREE wireless internet access.
It was comfortable, warm, clean, friendly service and had everything we needed at a really good price.
It is a bit out of town centre, but if you have car, that should not be a problem. The spa pool is good and the shower in the room is fantastic. Truely there is a stream behind the motel but it is quite hard to catch the fish.
We stayed in a deluxe room.The room was spacious, the power shower superb and beds very comfortable. However the room was situated by the swimming pool, and although it was very quiet when we stayed there, noise could cause a problem from the pool use. Also the Motel is situated at the corner of a very busy road so there is some traffic noise. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again. However the Motel is somewhat out of Rotorua for those who wish to be close to the shops/restaurants so a car is required.

The hotle has everything you need and very helpful and friendly management, its in a great location just a short walk to town.
Very Pleasant and friendly personality of the Duty Manager. Lovely Spa and Swimming pool. Excellent location. I have stayed in that Motel 4 times now. Will stay there in future.
Mel was awesome, she made us feel at home and helped us with our zorbing bookings, restaurant advice and just welcomed us to Rotorua. This was a very spacious room complete with a stove, the picnic area in the back was lovely and the spa was more than we expected. I would definitely reccommend!

The room was a bit dated and tired but was clean and everything worked ok.
New refurbishment to the bathroom with quality fittings made the overnight stay comfortable and relaxing. Very clean and tidy.
