The staff were really nice and helpful.
Good value for money
Very pleasant hotel - lovely room though like many london hotels, on the small side. Extremely helpful and courteous staff.
Our room was on the top floor overlooking the street. It was therefore relatively quiet. The floor however was on a bit of a lean and the shower had a poor water flow. Breakfasts, both cooked and continental, were excellent. Overall, we felt the Reem hotel offered good value for money in that part of London. We would happily stay there again.
Hotel ok, but small room.
Very happy with room with ensuite. Great location. Would return...
The room's size was extremely small. I left very early in the morning so I do not know what the breakfast is like. The staff is really helpfull.
Great location near tube. Good neighborhood (Tesco within 5 min's walk). Room is small but neat.
excellent location good service, nice breakfast need to change the carpets and bed covers
I highly recommend the Reem Hotel. Above all the cleanliness I found was great especially in London where it is hard to find such facilities. I thank all the staff for their service.
This is an ideal location if you're not looking at being in the hotel too much. Just a 5 min walk to underground/bus stops and also a nice walk through Kensington & Hyde Parks to the city if you have the time. Room was basic but clean, and likewise for bathroom facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful for the most part although I didn't have the need for much interaction.
Clean room, very reasonably priced, no frills but hits the mark and good location.
This hotel is in a good location for the underground, shops, and pubs. The hotel rooms are very small, we stayed in two different rooms, the first had a faulty hairdryer, which I complained about but wasnt replaced. The second room had a TV that wasnt working properly and the phone didnt work. We also had a mouse under the bed, when we complained the lady at reception didnt seem to think this was unusual. The breakfast and service were good.
Very small rooms, but ok. Friendly and serviceminded staff!!
Small rooms but nice, seems newly renovated, especially bathroom. Very good breakfast incl. a lot. easy to reach tube, buses and some shopping nearby. Would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Bayswater.
This is an average hotel with decent service. The rooms are small and functional as are the bathrooms. However the location is excellent as you are close to 2 tube stations and withing walking distance of several points of interest. The breakfast room is nice and cheerful. If you don't plan on spending much time in the hotel room apart from sleeping, this is for you. (Don't expect much storage space in the room either.)
The hotel met my expectations.
The hotel was in an excellent location. It was very clean although they didnt change the sheets everyday. The rooms were very small but for the price it was satisfactory and even though our rate didnt include breakfast I would consider to stay there again.
Reasonably priced hotel with good location. Small rooms but this is balanced out by the price and and the decent bathroom.
Found the hotel to be well placed for transport and attractions. It was comfortable and while we did not spend a great deal of time in the hotel it met all our basic needs.
