Regal Airport Hotel Hong Kong

If you're transiting through Hong Kong airport overnight and want to have a comfortable place to stay, then this is the perfect choice. You can walk to the hotel from the arrival area through a walkway. The rooms are comfortable but not luxurious. Service staff was very friendly and helpful. And for meals you can walk back to the airport terminal and choose any of the good selection of restaurants there.

You can't beat this airport for connections out of HKG International Airport. Short stroll by an enclosed connected walkway.

Wonderful hotel. The service is efficient Staff members are very polite and considerate. I asked for a delayed check out because of a late flight and they gave me 4 hours with no extra pay. The location is superb and to my surprise there was no airplanes noise. My experience was great and I will certainly visit this hotel again.

location, location!! i had an early morning flight so staying at the regal got me an extra sleep in and i didn't have any worries about getting to the airport on time. didn't eat there as i only wanted a small meal and got it easily at the airport. didn't use any of the hotel's facilities but the basic room i got was very restful with all you'd expect of a 5 star hote. would definitely recommend it except a bit pricey!

We found this Hotel to be so very convenient as it is a walk from the Terminal - great for a nights sleep before another long flight. Big advantage of having the 24 hour check in and stay policy. Would stay there again.

Good hotel, right next to the airport.

Great location walk 100M from the arrival hall T1 and your in the foyer. I dont think 5 stars are justified, examples, the wardrobe was only about 400mm wide, the bathroom only had a shower cap and toothbrush kit, I really needed a shaving kit which I have had in lesser star hotels. I would rate this 3.5-4 stars tops, but its the convenience that can be beaten.

Ideal for a stop-over within 24hours when arrivals & departures are both in the evening. The hotel operates a 24 hour rate which is the reason we chose it as this allowed us to hold the room until a late evening check-in time next day. We also like the convenience of being able to walk through to the hotel from the Terminal rather than having to take a shuttle when arriving in the evening after a long flight.

Although expensive, the convenience of the 24 hour check in/check out was appealing with our stay being a one night stop over. This hotel is very close to the airport and beautiful inside. The rooms were more than adequate but I was surprised that it wasn't quieter, I could hear the television in the next room which made it hard to sleep. The level of customer service by reception staff was of a high standard, all staff were keen to assist.

Fantastic for families with young kids as you can walk straight from the plane into the hotel reception. No transfers required.

What wonderful location. For those breaking their long haul trip to Europe this hotel could not be more convenient, easy to find and with excellent service for those tured after an already long flight.

This is one of the most convenient hotels in HK...After a landing at 11pm and a 9am flight out of HK the next day to have the luxury of the REGAL is a blessing...It is a great hotel as well, and by the way if you are aroung for more than the most luxurious transfer ever, Hong Kong is a great city.

The locaion wasimportant to us as we had an ealy flght next morning. The free shuttle to the local shopping centre was great as it allowed u acces to the MTR to get to downtown without having to use the more expensive express train. Checkout was quick and efficient and it was less than a five minute walk from the hotel to the airport checin terminal. The concierge have airport trolleys which make taking the luggage easy. We woulddfinitely use this hotel again.

Hotel staff were exceptionally pleasant and very cooperative.

This is a perfect place to stay before and after a flight. All staff are extremely helpful at all times and facilities are excellent, incl. business section. The walk to the airport takes 10mins at most, and it is not difficult to go into HongKong.

We had a wonderful stop over of 24 hours at the Regal. Service was excellent, room service good and we managed to turn up early and get into our room before the official check in time. And a great location so close to the airport. Even the shuttle bus to the nearest shopping mall was convenient.

We stayed here for only 1 night, as we had an early flight in the morning with 2 kids. The room was just a normal room - nothing fancy. What was a standout was the buffett dinner that we had, it had absolutely everything you could imagine and the service and attention that the staff provided was outstanding, have never come across this sort of service before in a hotel with a buffett and we have eaten at a lot over the years whilst travelling. Nice and easy access to the terminal in the morning - literally a 5 min walk. Yes I would stay here again.

this hotel is in an excellent position for those people taking an early or late flight out of Hong Kong or arriving into HK on a late flight. The service is excellent and caters for the airport clientele. My only reservation is the quality of food which I ordered from room service. I ordered a club sandwich. It tasted slightly stale/off- possibly the bacon. I had my suspicions and should not have eaten. I wasn't extremely ill but I did have diarrhoea and a queezy stomach for several days after my stay. I would have possibly been better off eating in one of their restaurants. I am not sure. I would still return to this hotel.

The location of this hotel is excellent especially for an overnight stay. It is a short walk to the departure lounge at Hong Kong airport (a great place to break the Sydney - London flight.

Wonderful that the airport was within a few minutes walk,made an early morning departure less stressful . Still waiting for the wakeup call and some of the lights did not work in the room.In all a great hotel, the day spa was wonderful!!!
