"Impressed. I already knew the location - good transport links and all the local amenities you need. Considering this is Taipei (i.e. expensive!), this hotel's a little gem for the money - room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Only downside is the breakfast - they're clearly trying but somehow it just doesn't work!! Recommended for leisure or business visitors." - Peter Sanders

"The hotel is near the train station so we were very mobile in Taipei while the Evergreen bus ( to and from the airport) also has a bus stop near the hotel so there was no problem whatsoever with transportation . The people in the hotel were very helpful and accommodating . Except for mustiness in the air especially at the lobby , the hotel was just right for the price - good location , good hot breakfast . "The buffet breakfast is quite basic with not as much choice as the bigger hotels, but it is very adequate and the hot dishes were different every day. Considering this is only a small hotel, the gym is very well equiped and maintained. However I did find that the room was very hot, and there didn't seem to be individual control over the air conditioning temperature. Fortunately the window could be opened and that helped cool the room down at night time." - Anonymous
