The room was good and ok, the location not bad, but the crew and servants were not polite. Do not buy anything from the hotel shop very very very expensive.

Hotel very clean, I been upgrade to Regal club room. Good size room, Service from the front desk very good. Diner Buffet good selection of food and service good, I will stay again next trip.
A Very Clean and comfortable hotel. We had a good king size bed which was comfortable with only one small issue in that the air conditioner was little noisy. The Hotel is located centrally with short walk to ocean front or perpendicularly to Nathan Road. Several restuarants are located closeby and in general a good choice.

Hotel was very accommodating with an early check-in room due to our early arrival in Hong Kong. Staff were courteous and responded to queries promptly and with accurate and helpful information. We found the location excellent for our purposes.
I thought the restaurant was expensive but there are many economical places to eat near by.

Very good location, close to everything including the subway and airport bus (but you have to know how to find them). Internat connection was a bit expensive at HKD150/day that I thought was included in the room but was not. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

This hotel is located between 2 train stations, is close to the harbour front, has a number of shops & eateries nearby, yet located in an area where there's more space and peace.
