"We ordered a "double" bed but we were offered a double bed which put 2 single beds together as a "double" bed. We had to accept it as we were told that it was the only one on the non-smoking floor. Although we were politely told we could change it if we dont like it after the 1st night, the point is we made a clear order when we book a non-smoking double bedroom well in advance. I think it was 2 to 3 weeks in advance. I would like to be informed if they could not make it in advance, but not during check-in." - Ka Yuen
"I would definitely return to the regal on my next trip. The hotel staff spoke perfect english. Were very helpfuland the rooms were large. A short taxi trip from mongkok ( 4usd)." - DAVID HAUSER
"The concierge, reservation service and cleaning staff were generally good overall, and their exchange rate is definitely better than having your money exchanged at the Australian Airport. Our only little whinge about their room itself is that they don't provide enough sugar for coffee nor do they provide an iron/ironing board for use. We would've liked to have been given the option of a smoking or non-smoking room to begin with so we didn't have to ask to be transferred. But once we got our non-smoking room, we were very happy. Although the hotel location is a little far away from the main happenings of the city, you only need to take 20 min bus trip (Bus Nos. 1A or 9) to travel directly to Tsim Sha Tsui, where all the major shopping centres eateries are. But definitely check out the Mongkok markets for discounted bags, jeweleries and clothes - which is only 15 minutes away from the hotel using the same bus route!!" - Abbigail Tiberi
"Hotel was good value for money. Public transport was excellent. Bus stop just outside the hotel was very convenient. Loved our stay at this hotel and do recommend to others." - Anonymous
