"This hotel has passed its best days and the decor shows a bit out-datedness. Nevertheless, the room is of pretty good size by Hong Kong standard and the bed is comfortable. Service is courteous. Concierge is very helpful. The neighbourhood is more residential, so you can visit small stores and even a market. There are a lot of good restaurants around, especially Thai restaurants and grocery stores. Will stay there again." - Elaine Yih
"The service wasn't very personal and 'extra-miles' type but I was fine as long as they were not rude and lazy. One very very disappointing thing is that, breakfast was really bad. The hotel looks nice and everything and we paid for a nice upgrade of room and the breakfast was really, just lousy. please improve" - Anonymous
"The location, opposite the old Kai Tak airport in Kowloon, is fantastic. A short and inexpensive taxi ride to Hong Kong Island or very cheap and easy with regular 25M bus trips to Kowloon Tong MTR. The staff were great, the Sky Bar is essential for an after dinner drink and the myriad of Thai,Chinese and Chiou Chao(can't spell it) restaurants, serving the freshest of seafood with the friendliest of people is great. best of all...kowloon still has the flavour of old hong kong with street stalls and the ability to buy interesting chinese artefacts at great prices. Value for money and we will go back there next time. Forget the five stars on Hong Kong Island." - Janice Streeting
"Initially disappointed that the hotel was as far out as it is but the bus services from outside the hotel are great." - AMANDA CASEY
