Overall experience was fine. One little issue, they should work on the internet charges, as it is a bit on the high side! I had no problem with the hotel staff, they are all friendly.

The hotel is very far from the city center and the subway. The shuttle is no accessible as soon as we want (1 each 90 minutes for city center with at least a stop to their other hotel) No more than a 3 stars : old bathroom, old carpet, old furniture, no double glazing (lot of noise from the street,...)and to expensive

Hotel is well maintained, theres are lots of tourist groups stay in this hotel. Location is good, although not downtown area, there's a big shopping centre around and you can take buses to/from kowloon, and airport as well. Will stay next in Hong Kong.

Our check-in was extremely slow, like 25 minutes. Front desk staff appeared to be disorganized and not particularly pleasant. One afternoon we returned to find our room unlocked and partly ajar, though nothing was lost. Apart from these incidences, the hotel offered us clean and resonably priced accommodation.

Clean hotel, location a problem a long way from the city centre but if your heading to China its only a couple of MTR stations away. Hotel seemed to be set up towards tourist groups which made check in / check out a little troublesome. Overall a decent hotel if you dont mind either walking to the train station or catching clocal transport.

location was a bit far off from the nearest MRT. Although there is a hotel bus service. Rooms are big and spacious, not like the ones you get in TST. Staff are courteous and can speak englisn well.

Overall good, but it really needs new carpet.

Excellent Hotel! Unfortunately some distance away from the center of Honk Kong and Kowloon. But if you are prepared to go by Metro, it is a bargain! Highly recommended!

except that this hotel is slightly far from Kowloon and Hong Kong, I rate it 9 out of 10. However ,the hotel provided free shuttle service to Shatin MTR station and Trim Sha Tsui East to compensate for its inconvenience. I would definitely recommond this hotel to my family and friends.

the room is big, but the bed is better if they use queen size bed.

Overall a great stay however the staff didnt have a good command of English and could have been more helpful. We would recommend staying here again with the location being a good indication of local life.

The Hotel looks old from outside but the rooms are big & clean & comfortable. Location is very convenient as there are many eateries nearby & hotel provides free shuttle bus to the MTR. Value for money & a Worthwhile Hotel to stay in Shatin, Hongkong

Good, clean hotel in Shatin. Location is a bit far from downtown, MTR. About 15 minutes walk across the river to Shatin MTR. Popular hotel for Chinese tourist, so expect the facilities to be quite crowded (elevator, breakfast queue, etc.).
