Regency Hotel Shenzhen

The majour problem I had in regency hotel was accessing internet from my room or even with my laptop. There were just an old computer in so called business room sometimes connected to internet.

The Regency has a beautiful neon crown. It's a little far away from the guts of the city - the shopping malls and all but there are many great, cheap restaurants nearby and the surrounding streets are green with trees. A good deal here and pleasant in general.

The hotel was fantastic everything about it i loved only thing is its a little way out of town But the walk to train was ok

Facilities look old and obsolete. Hotel personel is very kind also if they don't speak english fluently. Free internet in all rooms

Located next to wholesale market for Toys and Stationeries .A good choice to stay at affordable price. The room is clean and the facilities is very good. Easy to get taxi and bus to go anywhere but far from Metro station.

The room is big and acceptable with such pricing. Yet all fittings are old already. Hotel is neither near the business centre nor near the subway and you need to take taxi to go anywhere unless you know the routing of the public bus. If you speak the local language, with this pricing, it is good to stay there. So far, it is not bad to stay in this hotel if you consider the price. Enjoy and relax.

The room is spacious and clean on the whole. It is located quite near the train station as well.

Staff are friendly. The room rate is very affordable. However, it is quite far from the nearest Metro station (trains which ply the route in shenzhen main areas.)

Even though it is winter now, there was no heating in the room. The air conditioning controller had a heat switch it did nothing. Indications were (language barrier) that it was not working.

The hotel is far away from the shopping centre, restaurant services and breakfast is below par.

Just an overnight stay and I found it relaxing and peaceful. The people in the front is very helpful too.

The Regency Hotel was great value for money. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.

The receptionists are really warmth and welcoming although their English were not really good but they did want to try to give us as much information as possible in English.
