"We were disappointed with the standards in this hotel - we were expecting far more for our £140. We had to ask to change rooms as the first room allocated was tatty and had a noisy, smelly airvent just outside the window. We did get a £20 discount after complaining though. The rooms are nothing like the pictures on the website! Note there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. Swimming pool was excellent though." - Anonymous

If you are travelling by car from the East, leave the M4 at junction 12 and follow signs to Newbury and Thatcham on the A4. On your arrival in Thatcham, turn right, just prior to the Q8 petrol station, into Northfield Road, then left at the mini roundabout into Bowling Green Road. The hotel is on the right.
If you are travelling by car from the West, leave the M4 at junction 13, follow the A339 to Newbury, then the A4 towards Reading. Continue to the second roundabout, and take the second exit to Cold Ash. Follow into Bowling Green Road. The hotel is second left.
