Lovely rooms, very clean, super comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast, very nice service, would stay again.

Well appointed room with excellent facilities. The only done side was the shower/bath leaked causing a slight inconvenience. The service was first class with the staff providing memorable service. We found the location of the hotel convenient with most attractions within easy walking distance and transport close by. We have no hestitation in recommending this hotel to others.

This hotel is in a perfect location, has an incredible staff, beautiful decor, great beds, and is just amazing. Only drawbacks are the access stairs, no ramps to bring in your luggage, and the parking (but the location would make that difficult anywhere). I had a beautiful stay, they treated me and my baby very well and I will definitely go back again and again.

My husband and I stayed in Room 502 - very spacious attic room, with king size bed - and beautiful view of the church. Elevator only goes to 4th floor - so one flight of stairs. Fantastic breakfast; quiet location; walking distance to most places - but tram stop just minutes away. Would most definitely stay here again - excellent value for money.

Visited Strasbourg for sightseeing. The hotel is conveniently located near the main tourist sights. It is a good quality 4* hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay.

Very good hotel in Strasbourg. Facilities were limited, but room was quiet and comfortable, staff friendly. Good location. Pleasant riverside walks led to the heart of the old town in about fifteen minutes. would happily stay there again.

Although we had booked a standard room we were upgraded to a suite which was fantastic.

Larger rooms than the norm, and the staff incredibly friendly. The breafast was above the usual norm....free newspaper...and close to the European Institutions one way and the city the other. Would stay again.

Excellent, friendly service both times I have stayed here. Also the location is great and convenient to the efficient public transportation system. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Both times we had well-equipped marble bathrooms. The breakfast buffet is very nice and is served in a magnificent room. All in all a great place to stay when in Strasbourg. I only wish they had a pool.

The people at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The only slightly negative point during our stay was that the breakfast room is a little bit small to serve all the weekend visitors. Nonetheless, the next time we are in Strasbourg, we will stay in this hotel again.

It was our second visit to this hotel - a very beautiful breakfast room - our bedroom quite small but beautifully furnished - very pleasant cosy bar - breakfast room rather crowded the sunday morning, staff having to run with plates and glasses - to be noted the possibility of leaving the carkeys at the reception for the car to be parked in their nearby garage - town centre within easy walking distance.
