Check-in Procedure:Standard check - in time is 1400 hrs, checkout time is 1200 hrs on the day of departure. For early arrivals rooms must be reserved & paid for the night prior to ensure availability. A late check out until 1800 hours is 50% room rate charge (subject to availability) and after 1800 hours 100% room rate charge will be applicable.

A nice hotel, opposite Burjaman shopping center. If you like Music and Pub, this is a good place. A little bit noisy at night due to band misic. Overall, it is good.
Nice hotel,well located beside all amenities shopping malls and restaurants. Only 10 mins from airport and near metro. Nice size room and bathroom and swimming pool. Would stay here again.
The Hotel is well located just opposite the main shopping mall of Burjuman. The entire stay at the hotel was excellent. Would definitely want to stay there again .
Nightclub on ground floor is very noisy, can be heard in the rooms on the lower floors and goes on until the early hours. Reception is under staffed so you have a wait to check in and check out.
There was no hot water (although cold water is warm anyway in Dubai), and when I asked for it to be rectified, the answer was let it run for 10mins and then see if it is hot. It wasn't - so for those who like hot showers instantly - beware. Otherwise, not bad, and a good bar nearby.
Good hotel in Dubai. Fairly central. Staff very helpful. Would stay again.
