Regent Singapore - A Four Seasons Hotel

Nothing but praise. Almost, they try too hard. The morning after arrival and a long-haul flight, I slept in until 11.00am. After showering and dressing I switched off the "Do not Disturb" light. Within five minutes, House Keeping was there. I said I would need another "recovery" sleep after lunch , that the bed, in which I had hardly moved, did NOT need to be made, the towel and floor mat did NOT heed to be replaced. When I returned after lunch, the room was back to the same perfection in which I had found it on first arriving. I could describe other similar "beyond expectations" examples of this Hotel's standards.

The hotel is in a great location and is a great facility. The staff if very pleasant, helpful, and efficient. I will stay in this hotel again. For, example, I left after one day and returned in two days and they had everything ready for me to check in using the info. from my last stay. It was great when you are tired from traveling.

Great Place and Double Excellent Service. The construction noise which was felt for sometime initially was well addressed by the hotel staff. They have given an option to change the room. However we did not shift as the noise was there just for sometime. The STAFF are EXTREMELY GOOD. GREAT hotel and I am looking forward to staying here AGAIN

Breakfast very expensive. 100m walk to a shopping mall which has a food hall - good cheap meals here and a supermarket. Short walk to Orchard Rd. Good sized room with good bathroom, bed very comfortable. After you have checked out, can use the fitness centre to have a shower before going to airport for late night flight. Staff fantastic and very friendly.

Very helpful, friendly staffs, the breakfast is great. nice stay.

Convenient quiet location just off Orchard Road. A taste of luxury - good for indulging yourself for a short stay.

The service level is excellent, especially Ai Ling at Concierge and all the staff at the entrance. They made our stay very comfortable, enjoyable and memorable!!

This is a wonderful & friendly Hotel in the heart of Singapore, wish we were there longer. The service of being able to leave your luggage after you have checked out, go shopping for the day & come back for showers before heading to late flights at the airport is fantastic.

The hotel staff were very polite and lovely to deal with. Some remembered my name which was very professional and added a nice touch. The facilities were excellent and I would stay there again for sure. I wish I had stayed there longer.. the location was only 5 min walk from the start of Orchard Rd and 20 mins from airport.

This hotel is fabulous with excellent facilities, service and food. We will definitely go back.

The wifi signal was extremely weak for a 5 * hotel that charges high prices for a room and then charges for wifi on top this is very poor standard of service. Concierge staff were very helpful but could not solve the problem. Otherwise a great hotel i will stay in again.

very good hotel - bit noisy in the room we were in. Service in line with expectations for this class of hotel. Location a bit out of the way but taxis are cheap in hotel. Good value for money highly recommended.

a true 5 star hotel,in every way

The hotel is very convieniently located for the top end of Orchard road. Its staff are always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are positive luxury and the decor is very tasteful. From the front door staff, bell hops, reception, restaurants, house keeping and room service staff, you feel like they are there for your comfort and assistance at any time. I have stayed at the Regent many times since 2004 and they make you feel like part of their exclusive family. Pete from Perth

Rooms are large but the deco needs massive updating esp for the price they are charging. Otherwise, location is fantastic esp if you want to be close to Orchard and Tanglin area.

Whilst the hotel was fine in most respects - the air conditioning was truly bizarre. The temperature in the room was frigid and required that we wear a pullover in our room in the evening! Adjusting the thermostat had no discernible effect. Although I advised reception after the first night and was promptly sent assistance - the chap only spoke broken English and the assistance offered was ineffective. In the end I switched off the air conditioning and the room temperature became acceptable.

Lock on door to balcony broken. Stayed in executive suite, AC in one room not working.

Excellent facilities and service. Very pleasant atmosphere. Happy to return another day.
