"They were doing some work to the exterior, so it didn't lok great at first sight, but inside was fine. The staff were first-class and more than helpful, making the stay so much more enjoyable. The Regente Hotel is situated in the City Centre. In the heart of town, next to the financial, business, commercial, cultural and administrative zone. Front medieval town.
From the windows of hotel the tourist can see the cathedral, abbey of San Pelayo, churches of IX siecle, museums and Pre-Romanesque monuments (Heritage Worldwide).
Next to the hotel are Campoamor Theatre (Seat of Prizes Principe de Asturias), Auditorium Principe Felipe, Palace Congress, City Hall, Regional Parliament, etc.
Also we have No smoking room and Club Class Woman , a special floor with rooms for executive woman (amenities for the ladies).
The Regente hotel has 126 rooms, they are modern, comfortably and good and modern equipped. 53 rooms are Club Class (executive rooms), Twelve rooms are Elite Class (top deluxe), Sixty Classical rooms and one Presidential Suite. The Regente Hotel has one floor (7th) elite (great Jacuzzi, desk, newspaper, kettle, ADSL lines, climatized air, but in special a wonderful view over the medieval town and city, etc.), and other floor with technology rooms (art-tech).
