Regina Hotel Avignon

Excellent location. You can see the main square if you look out the window and the Pope's Palace is only a 5 minute walk. It's 10 minutes walk from the train station. The room was basic, but clean and for 45 euros per night, I can't complain. Staff were helpful and speak good English.

hotel has very good central location, just on the main street. the rest is OK, very simple and not very clean. good for 1 night stay.

room too small shower cubicle far too small

We arrived by train at midnight and wanted a taxi. Taxi driver gave us instructions on walking to the hotel which wasnt a problem. convenient position and close to lots of resaurants. The places around were still buzzing at midnight so we could go and share a bottle of wine. Didnt bother with bfast( extra charge) as we had tired of bread roll and coffee. Macas close by( I just craved for an orange juice and yoghurt) Room very basic but good for o'night.

Lovely friendly staff, old rooms but used to best advantage. Fantastic position, but VERY noisy locals in street at night (motor bikes etc). Great value for the price. Free internet in lobby.

great location

Older style 3 star hotel but clean and large in a good position. Only draw back was the slowest lift in the world - we walked three flights and bet it every time.
