Getting there:
At the roundabout just outside the airport turn right towards Larnaca/Nicosia. At the first roundabout turn left direction to Nicosia. Follow the main road and after about five minutes drive it should take you outside Larnaca and through Aradippou. At the fourth round about (Rizoelia) which is the large roundabout after passing the Police station on your left, take the third exit, direction to Dhekelia/Ayia Napa. Turn left at the third exit towards Oroklini Village. (Voroklini) Follow the road straight until you reach the Bank of Cyprus on your left. After about 100m at the next junction turn right. Once you are outside the Village, you will see a block of flats, The Mediterranean Sunrise. Keep the flats on your right and it will lead you straight into Regina’s Exclusive Villas. We stayed at Regina's for a week in early April when the weather was fairly cool (highs low 20s Celsius), even so our private pool was cleaned every day. The owner, John, checked on us most days to see if everything was OK (which it was), as did the caretaker Peter. There were just my wife and I staying in a 3 bedroom villa, but even so the price we paid was under what we were being quoted for B&B and 4 and 5 star hotels. I've scored everything except location as very good as our stay was faultless. Location scored as good, rather than very good as local tavernas were 10 to 15 minutes walk away. Thoroughly recommend these villas!

All the villas are furnished and equipped to the highest possible standards and they feature: Upstairs Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom,hairdryer and veranda overlooking the patio and pool. Two or three twin bedrooms, one with veranda overlooking the patio and pool, bathroom/WC. All bedrooms have air-conditioning/heating. Ground Floor Large living dining room with satellite TV, DVD,CD/Radio, telephone, wi-fi internet supply, Safe (extra charge) with French windows opening onto veranda with patio and private pool. Fully equipped kitchen, Guests WC. Exterior Partly covered veranda, patio, private pool, garden furniture, umbrellas and sun loungers, built BBQ, covered car park & garden. A/C is charged extra at 5 euros per day per unit.
