Getting there:From the airport, take the FS train to Central Termini Station. From Central Termini station you can reach our hotel by TAXI or by METRO. If you will take taxi, a maximum of 10 minutes, you will arrive at Relais Dei Papi; by Metro: take subway Metro Line A (direction Battistini) and get-off at Lepanto Station (6th station from Termini), and take Via M. Colonna, turn right at Via Dei Gracchi (3rd street from Lepanto station) and you will reach Relais Dei Papi (gate# 161) after two corners (Via Ezio and Via A.Regolo).
Check-in Procedure:Check-in start from 13:00PM until 20:00PM. If the guest arrive before check-in time, they can leave their luggage at the reception and do the check-in later, as soon as the room will be ready. Please advice us about late arrivals.
Car parking:Public pay parking area infront of the building at 1.00€/hour (from 8:00AM to 20:00PM), private parking is available on request, refer to our desk at least 2 days before your arrival day.
Child Policy:Children below 4 years old can request baby cot (no extra charge).

Decoration is very "Louis XIV" style. Breakfast is no good. For the rest I would recommend it.

Very friendly staff. Good, quiet location that is within walking distance to the Vatican and other major sights. The breakfast is not the best. No views from the rooms, and some of the rooms are quite small. The shower is not for the obese!
Great little place to stay, close to all the big sites we had a lot of fun.
Oustanding B and B. The owners of this facility and hotel operation did a great job. I wish them a prosperous future. The hotel staff (front desk) and the lady who provided the continental breakfast bar did a superb job. I will book again. Very friendly and helpful staff
I did have concern's when I pulled up outside in the taxi, as it doesn't look like a hotel. I needn't have worried though, it was excellent, small hotel, situation at the back on the block on one floor, very quiet, friendly helpful staff nothing was too much. Would recommend it to anyone.
When in rome..... the Italian decor was brillant! Staff were incredibly friendly and only 10 minute walk from the Vatican.
A small but superb, hotel. Decor is sumptuous Italian. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic continental but adequate. We stayed for 3 nights in July and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Recommended.
A fantastic hotel. The team make you feel so welcome. Small and cosy. Suitable if you want a really nice bed and breakfast with excellent service.
