"The Hotel is in an excellent location, only a few minutes walk from The Leaning Tower. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome.They all spoke good English.The room we had was very clean with lots of extras, toothbrush, toothpaste, shoeshine,toiletries etc.Free mini bar only has soft drinks.Free welcome drink and canapes in bar.Free afternoon tea and cakes at 5pm in lounge. "This is not your typical 5 star hotel with swimming pool and spa, but the 5 stars go definately towards the service, which is second to none.
The restaurant and lounge area on the patio is very welcoming. Try the cocktails!
The standard rooms are quite small but offer plenty of character, especially on the 3rd floor under the roof.
You'll get a welcome drink and appetisers in the evening (free) as well as the drinks in the mini bar are free (soft drinks & water).

"The Garden is very nice, especially for breakfast in the sun. Bedrooms are small but nicely decorated in authentic style. Staff very helpful. Rooms overlooking the garden are particularly desirable due to the morning sun." - Anonymous
