Once in San Marco, head right along the side of the Giardini Reali until you come to the Columns of San Marco and San Teodoro, the entrance to Piazza San Marco.
Cross the whole square walking next to the Palazzo Ducale and the Basilica of San Marco. After the Basilica you will come to Piazzetta dei Leoncini on your right. Relais di Piazza San Marco is right there at the start of Calle San Basso, number 312.
