Quadruple deluxe suite
The size of our suite for 4 people is 50 square metres. It has 2 separated double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Just one of the two bathrooms has also the shower.
This suite has the view over the Spanish square and there is a balcony looking over the square in one of the two rooms.
The rooms are fully equipped with antique furniture, air conditioning, satellite TV, fridge, liquid crystal television and safe.

"Two thumbs up! The hotel overbooked our room and gave us an apartment near by for the same rate as a hotel room. The apartment in Via Marguetta was more than nice, it was a studio, accommodates a family of 5 easily, mini kitchen, big terrace, patio furniture, washing machine, big restroom with tub and shower. The area very quiet, compared to the actual hotel location right by Spanish Steps. A couple of nice cafes, supermarket real close, Piaza Poppolo two blocks away. Our upgrade was just perfect! Inconveniences: shower fast or run out of hot water, don't have a lobby like the hotel. Worth it, five stars from us, very satisfied!" - Michael Reese
"Great location right next to the Spanish Steps but amasingly quiet. Very clean and comfortable, helpful staff, an elevator that works, even had tea and coffee making facilities which is rare in Italian hotels. Also they have a communal internet access point which is available to guests free of charge. Would certainly stay there again." - teresa fernandez

How to arrive to your residence:
1) By plane: from Fiumicino Airport get the train up to Termini station (see n. 2)
from Ciampino Airport get the shuttle up to Termini station (see n. 2)
2) By train : From station Termini take the Metro Line “A” (red) direction Mattia Battistini up to Piazza di Spagna.
3) By car : If you arrive from Nord – Gran Raccordo Anulare (G.R.A.) exit Salaria direction centre-town (Centro) – Porta Pinciana – via Veneto. Then park the car at the Park-Sì. A confortable underground will bring you to Piazza di Spagna.
If you arrive from South – Gran Raccordo Anulare (G.R.A.) exit motorway A24 (Roma-L’Aquila) direction Via Salaria – Via Flaminia. Exit Via Salaria direction centre-town (centro) Porta Pinciana – Via Veneto. Then park the car at the Park-Sì.
A confortable underground will bring you to Piazza di Spagna.
