Getting there:London/Heathrow - LHR Hotel Direction: .5 km S Driving Directions: Once leaving the airport Terminals, take the main airport exit out toward the heathrow spur road, go through the tunnel toward the Concorde roundabout. Take the right lane and follow the signs to Heathrow other areas/visitor centre and terminal 4. Take the last exit off the roundabout (exit 4 - East Ramp) and follow slip road, you will pass the heathrow police station on your left handside and you will reach another roundabout (Nene Road Roundabout). Take the 2nd exit into Nettleton Road and the Renaissance is situated on the right handside. Using the bus lane from the A4 Bath Road to gain access to the hotel will incur a fine.

This hotel was great. The lobby is beautiful. The room was nice and clean. Room service was prompt and good. The workout facility was very nice and large for a hotel facility. I will stay there again when I am traveling through London. The bonus for me was the Starbucks...a taste of home.
The hotel and staff were friendly but the room was stuffy and not being able to open the windows meant we had to rely on the air conditioning.This dries out your nose and throat overnight.The bed had plastic mattress protectors on which made for an uncomfortable night.I understand the need for the protectors but the hotel could invest in a higher quality of mattress protector and this problem would not occur.
All rooms have either one queen size bed or two single beds with our NEW "Plush" bedding, a desk and armchair, free tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water and biscuits complimentary on arrival, direct dial telephone, colour TV, bathroom with shaving mirror and hairdryer. Rooms also have a minibar or fridge, fax/High Speed Internet Access. Maximum Occupancy is two people.
All Club bedrooms feature WiFi, high-speed Internet access, upgraded amenities and our NEW "plush" bedding. Access to the Executive Club Lounge which overlooks the runway, serving complimentary canapés in the evening and continental breakfast in the morning. All guest rooms are fully soundproofed and have individually controlled air conditioning. Good hotel, clean room, on time shuttle to the airport
okay for one night stay in between fights; in January 2011 there was some renovation work going on, so entry from main road was hard to find - no fun walking around the hotel with luggage at 10pm in winter. Free public buses stop on the main road, so no need to pay for shuttle service (although reception won't mention this)
Would recommend them to anyone, fantastic and so close to the airport, club lounge has spectacular views over the runway

Location very close to Terminal 1,2 & 3. Terminal 4 is a 15 min ride and T5 20min ride on the Hoppa bus which costs 4 pounds one way.

As we were wanting a hotel near Heathrow, the Renaissance served our purpose very well. Even though it was opposite the main run way, we did not hear a thing. It was a very comfortable hotel to stay in and the link into the airport terminal was good.
Very nice, big bed and close to the airport. The air conditioning noise in the building was quite bad, and I got a surprise in the price in the taxi trip from the hotel taxi as it was 15 GBP for a 2 minute taxi ride to terminal 3, when I paid 12GBP for a trip from terminal 4 the prevous day for much forther distance. The driver said this was due to the fact the hotel gets a cut of the taxi fare.
Location is ideal for the airport but you still need a cab or hotel bus, for which there is a charge. Rooms quite small but well laid out. Bed was very comfortable.
Even though the hotel is very close to LHR, the rate obtained from [your website] was excellent. The hotel charges an extra GBP10 for a room overlooking the runway and this is on top of the rate quoted by [your website]. I opted for this overlooking room and was very happy. There were no noise issues.
