"Not too exciting as hotels go and the sound insulation is poor from the corridor, so it can be a bit noisy. However, reasonably priced and good location if you want Flinders Train Station just opposite and the bar & restauarnt area is only a short walk away." - William James
"Very handy location to all tranport and central city shopping. Not five star but certainly adaquate. This is more a location for people who spend more time out of the hotel enjoying Melbourne and not a resort where you would spend much of your day.
