"I completed the survey at the hotel on my exit. I was pleased about my room move to get a view, but was very dissappointed that a 4.5 star hotel thought a double/queen bed was the eqivalent of 2 single beds pushed together.
I also had to struggle with my luggage at check-in and check-out.
