Getting there:Circular Quay end of the city, proceed down George St past Bridge St, turn left into Essex St, then first right into Harrington and we are located on the left hand side about 50m this side of Argyle & Harrington. Alternatively, catch the Kingsford Smith Transport/Sydney Airporter buses from the airport and this will stop opposite our front doors.

Car parking:Car parking is available in ‘Wilson Parking’ located with the Rendezvous Stafford building, but operated by premiere parking. The entrance is located on the left hand side of the entrance to the hotel, via Harrington Street. Simply drive into the car park, take a ticket and catch the lifts to reception. These lifts can be found on the left hand side of the ticketing boom gate, as you are driving in. The cost is $45 per 24 hours. Please see reception on arrival for terms and conditions.

Very nice hotel. Great service. Excellent location for The Rocks dining. Terrific views of the harbour and rooms had plenty of space. Definitely the place to stay when in The Rocks.
great location - less than 10 minutes walk from circular quay station (where you can catch the train from the airport), very helpful and friendly staff, very clean room. excellent shower (both in terms of cleanliness and water pressure!). i rang prior to checking in and asked specifically for a balcony room and actually got one (believe me that doesn't always happen) which i very much appreciated, being a smoker. also, i unknowingly checked out late but didn't have any major hassles about it - just a quick call and no problem. anytime i go to sydney in the future i will be staying at this hotel.

Booked a studio apartment and was excellent & very spacious. The celebration package included parking & b'fast easily saving us $100. Views over opera house and south down harbour. Champagne & chocs on arrival. Top value at $450 in best location. March 2011
For me this was an expensive hotel BUT the location and the view were priceless.

location was amazing, service great however we asked for a non smoking room and our room smelled of stale cigarette.
The accomodation and main bedroom was spacious and clean. One downside was the uncomforable rollout bed provided for the third adult. Wonderful location though, easy walk to restaurants and pubs. Enjoyed the markets the next day.
reception was very pleasant and helpful with a cheerful comment and a smile and even wished me happy birthday. lovely place to stay with a great view of the harbour and walking distance to everything we needed. we stayed to go to the opera house and really enjoyed our time taking advantage of the 24hr parking deal we also went to local restaurants and the rocks markets. a great time.
great location in The Rocks, 2 mins walk to Circular Quay and the Harbour Bridge. nice boutique type hotel, good sized room, with kitchenette, only complaint was that the mattress wasn't great, could feel the springs through the bed.
LOVED IT! Great Room... wonderful view as advertised. Hotel Staff at welcome desk were great, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a little less then I would liked, but hotel is located very close to everything you could want in a trip to Sydney. I look forward to bringing my family back there in the near future.

We had three townhouse next to each other and got ready for a wedding. The staff were very accomodating and friendly.
An excellent hotel centrally located in the Rocks area and withjin walking distance of the busy precinct of the Opera House. Circular Quay. Harbour Bridge and surrounded by restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this hotel for couples or families.
The hotel was an excellent choice in an excellent location. Would book them again if we were in Sydney.
It was very local to transport and all ammenments with very helpful services.
Frendly helpfull staff, clean spacious room, great location - very short walk to harbour and Opera house. Plenty of good eateries and nightlife close by. Easy walking distance to Metro rail Station. Sometimes you pick a good one - this is one of them.
Leaking Toilet, Bathroom exhaust fan broken, Shower screen old & dirty,Had extra visitors of cockroaches & plenty of misquito's . Reception staff not very friendly.
We spent two very enjoyable nights here. Lovely room with good view of the harbour until cruise ship berthed. Good position for exploring the old part of the city. Very helpful staff. Good eating places nearby.
I believe my comments will be consistent with those of others. The desk staff was lovely -- extremely nice and helpful. The location is fantastic -- in the heart of the Rocks, about 2 blocks from Circular Quay. The room was well equipped with a microwave, fridge, tea kettle, two burners and a kitchen sink -- so very useful for a long stay. Now the negative: room and bathroom were shabby and in need of an update. There was a big spot in the carpet where it had worn through. Breakfast was extra and a rip off at AUD $15 -- just a sparse cold buffet. I didn't realize it was extra until too late and I could've eaten better at a local cafe for that amount. Finally, when I checked out early in the morning, the desk clerk didn't understand my Hotel Club voucher and tried to charge me for the room (the regular staff had understood it when I checked in). Fortunately I worked it out (make sure you have all receipts with you!!).
