"We had to return from our holiday early due to a family bereavement. The reception staff and manager could not have been more sympathetic or helpful. The hotel was extemely clean and the pool was particulary good. The location was also good as it is not situated right in the centre of Sirmione but near enough to get a taxi for a night out. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel if you do not want to go into the centre. Sirmione is also a good base for visiting towns around the lake and nearby cities Milan and Verona as it is very close to the A4 motorway." - Vivien Kane

Our Residence Holiday*** is located at just few metres from the shores of Garda lake and offers his guests a large series of comforts: rooms have a wide balcony or terrasse, bath-room, air conditioning, telephone, hair-dryer, safe and TV-sat.
In our Hotel you will also find an olympic-syzed 25 mt swimming-pool , a smaller pool for children, ping-pong, internet point, bycicles, American-bar, lift, a wide garden and a free parking place and garage.
Our Restaurant Porto Azzurro offers a delicate cousine with a choice of menus served with Garda Wines and salad buffet.
In the nearby beach you can practise many water sports and you can enjoy nice strolls along the harbour and the peninsula of Sirmione.
The location of our Residence, just 4 Km away from the "Sirmione" Exit of the motorway A4 Milano/Venezia, allows an easy achievement of artistic cities such as Verona, Mantua and Venice and also of the nearby Garda parks:Gardaland, the great entertainment park, Caneva with its water games, Villa dei Cedri with its thermal lake, AQUARIA the new esthetic center of Sirmione with pool with thermal waters, Sigurtà, one of the nicest gardens in Europe and "Natura Viva" with its Safari park.
A nice promonade 2 Km. along the lake leads to the antique village of Sirmione "pearl of the peninsulas and the islands" that still nowadays allow us breathing medieval fascinations and admier picturesque sights that have escapade the follow time |

On the motorway A4 Milano/Venezia follow the direction Milano if you are coming from Verona/Venezia or direction Verona/Venezia if you are coming from Milano. Exit of "Sirmione".
Follow the indication of Sirmione centre (about 4 Km far away) that will lead you to Colombare. Follow direction of Località Brema and straight on for 300 mt and you shall see indication of our Hotel. |
