Large room and bathroom by Paris standards, friendly and efficient staff and good facilities. Very central for museums, metro, shopping etc. Reasonable rates through [website]. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay.
Some problems at the check-in but it was fixed by the reception of the hotel and we got a spacious room under the roofs of Paris. Lovely. We enjoyed our stay there and the management of the hotel made all they can do to let us enjoy our stay. Free Wifi, Internet Access, Coffee, Cappuccino,... and great location in the 1st Arrondissement of Paris. We recommend this hotel.
Very good 2-3 star hotel. The best is the location: walking distance to Opera, Champs Elysdes and others. Rooms are simple and clean, and easy to use. Breakfast is also simple and good. Still the price is quite high around 200 Euro a night. This is because of the location (I believe). If 200 Euro is ok for you because of this very nice location, you will be happy to stay here.
Couldnt ask for more in location and service. The team are simply fantastic. They are friendly, helpful and so full of life. The rooms are great for the rate and if your looking for somewhere casual to stay this place is perfect. I intend on going back again and again. The restaurant across the road is really good also. Enjoy!
Great if you just need to crash for a night and get back out there again in the morning. Very close to all the main attractions, not much in the way of good food nearby however, but taxi's to / fro from the hotel are a cheap way to get around!
Overall this is a very good hotel, reception are friendly and helpful!
The staff were friendly, and helpful. Considering it was Europe, I thought the room was huge, and the location (right at the Place de la Concorde) was ideal. Small problems... (1) I couldn't get the pay wireless internet to work from my room. I had an eithernet cable and the staff didn't have a problem with me connecting my laptop to the router from the free computer (2) Getting into the building. The address is #5 (watch out there is a hotel at #3 too). If you arrive after hours, you need to buzz to get let in, but when asked to press on the door, press on the inside frame of the door - there is a door within the door.(3) The hotel is quaint and actually starts on the third floor. At night that staircase is almost pitch black. Either use the small elevator or remember to press the timer-controlled light to turn on the staircase light. To me these were really minor and I would stay there again since there was no pests, no loud noises, no bad smells, and no bad attitude.
A no frills hotel with very friendly atmpshere in one of Paris more exclusive areas. occupies only the top floors of the building and a small lift, so not very suitable for handicapped. Otherwise calm and perfectly good value for money
Super-excellent location at low price. Locates near Louvre, Buddha Bar, Champs and Madleine Avis car rental. Helpful service.
Simple hotel but the location is great. Do not expect an american or continental breakfast with scrambled eggs. However the location is great. The rooms are clean and the staff could not be better. The price is high, but that is always the same in Paris. You can get a better hotel for the same price but not at this location. I would defently go there again when I do not want to spend more money.
The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions. It is neat and clean and the staff are very helpful.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing position and price. Rooms were clean and towels changed daily.
The accomodation was basic but clean with all the essentials. The best feature was location, located just off Place de Concorde and near the Louvre.
Pros: Very central, near Concorde metro. Great staff who indulged me my basic French, even though all the desk staff speak perfect English, and were happy to let us use the kitchen for bubba's milk. They called us a cab when we left and it turned up when they said it would! Cons: Pretty basic room, and a tiny lift ( a problem if you're laden with baby stuff) although they're happy for you to leave the buggy in the foyer.
This hotel was a great find. The location couldn't be better! Close to all the sights. Right across the street from the Jardin de Tuilleries and the Metro! The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included in the price and was quite good. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.
Rather sqaulid breakfast every morning, and there was a tremendous amount of noise all night long. But the price was right, and the location was excellent.
The staff were very friendly and even supplied us with an electricity converter. The room was beautiful and the location was awesome. The metro was right across the street and many landmarks were in walking distance.
Great location to the central Paris attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. The lift is most helpful for those with heavy pieces of luggage
Within walking distance of Paris' best - and even closer to the Concorde Metro station. The staff is wonderful! We highly recommend Residence La Concorde!!
This was a great very clean hotel. Very safe as you have to be buzzed into the hotel. The staff was extremly nice and helpful. The location is also a great plus a short walk from the opera and across the street from place de la concorde with a metro stop right on the corner. Definetly would stay here again without question.
