The Residence Le Birdie comprises nine small residences, all with typical Savoyard architecture, and is located on the 27-hole International Golf de Giez course, 32 kilometres from Le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz ski resorts. The 110 apartments open onto balconies and feature typical, warm, mountain-style decor, with wooden floors.

La Clusaz offers 83 slopes, ranging from gentle inclines for beginners to more challenging pistes for experienced skiers, and a free bus service runs from the village to the lifts. The resort also features a snowboard park, sports centre, ice rink and plenty of hiking trails. Guests can take a trip to Lake Annecy or explore the town of Faverges, both of which are within five kilometres.
