"Overall we were happy with the hotel, and could stay here again. The big plusses are location relative to Downtown Florence, free laundry washing and drying facility, and a helpfull manager, who spoke some English. Disadvantages were no 24 hour reception, no Internet close to hotel (we used an Internet cafe in the Old City Centre), funny shaped room, very tired towels." - David Gottschalk

"Extremely handy to have cooking facilities especially in the morning, and the appartments are large and convenient for the centre on foot - if you know where you are going. Plenty of lovely restaurants in a ten minute radius. Traditional Florentine decor... terracotta tiles and white walls. Very effective heating/air conditioning and a great shower, which even passed my boyfriend's stringent tests. You do have to check out at ten am. " - Anonymous

The Aparthotel Residence S.Niccolò is located in a XIX century mansion recently refurbished, situated along riverside in the historical centre of Florence, a short walk away from all the main monuments of the town (10 minutes from Signoria Square).
All our rooms and flats are furnished with taste and elegance, always respecting the typical florentine atmosphere - cotto or parquet floors, warm clear wooden furniture, Carrara marbles in the bathrooms - and most of them have a lovely view on the river in front of Michelangelo panoramic square.
All our rooms and flats are provided with all conforts: tv, telephone, video-housephone, air conditioning, fridge and kitchnette with full cooking utilities.
Other facilities: parking place (on request), laundry room, housekeeper 24h. |
