Car parking:Parking is available around the Residencial. Alternatively a car park can be found only 200 mts from the Residencial.
Child Policy:All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Up to two children under 2 years are charged EUR 5 per night per person for cots. All children from 2 to 4 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds.
This is a great place if you like modest accomodation with a touch of eccentricity and a local flavour. If you like sleek anonymous international hotels, this is not it. Here, the lights don't always come on in the stairs, the windows don't always shutter down in the bathroom, and the breakfast is basic- but who cares if the place has atmosphere? And the receoption staff are very friendly and the wifi at reception is solid. It's only 7 minutes walk from the Avenida de Liberdade as well.
Very noisy, because of television & reception room next to our room. No hot water in the shower. Personel was very friendly.

No thrills with this one but O.K. for a clean bed and low rate. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was no thrills as well.

Bathroom equipment: only soap without shampoo. Extra bed for triple room is very uncomfortable,it is unfoldable deck chair for beach.

The hotel has everything what we needed. We appeciated especially that it was in quiet street. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. You can take the bus to get to city center in few minutes. We got perfect service for very reasonable price.
We had a bit of problem of space and the view from the window wasn't the most spectacular
The street door is always closed, and the reception is in the first floor. The reception officer will always answer relatively quickly when called to open the door. The employees were very friendly. The lift is narrow, and so are the stairs. The handling of the luggage is therfore not easy. Our room was a very modest one, hardly space enough for the bags. They had to be stored under the bed. Breakfast was included, but we had to wait for a table because the facilities had not enough capacity.
The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were small but acceptable for sleeping.
Breakfast was good and personal was friendly.
