I have been here a very short time, but I could evaluate its location, the very good amenities, room cleanliness and comfort, and a friendly and professional staff.
The hotel is modest, good for price and very well located. The room was big and clean, but very noisy (it was close to the kitchen and reception of the hotel). Good for the price, but not the best place for a quite stay...
I am from IIT Delhi. I came to Lisbon to attend a conference 2-4 Dec 2009. Got late in making reservation at the reccommended Hotels and chose this one. Several observations: 1. No internet - this is a major setback if you are used to being in touch/or professsional. I found this particularly exasperating when I couldn't re-confirm my flight back. 2. The breakfast is the same everyday. 3. Very clean Bathroom (a major plus) 4. Clean room 5. Had some problem with the heating; but it may be just for the room I stayed in (Anyway, it was not too cold). 6. Economical
Breakfast very good. No lift, problems to get to fifth floor room (ten flights of stairs!).
This is a basic but good hotel, especially considering the price. Beds were comfy and showers fine. Rooms are a good size and quiet. Its on the airport bus route, which is a bonus.
I didn't like the smell. I didn't satisify the cleanliness of the sheet and bedtick. The others were ok with me including the location, price, facilities.
We were very happy about the clean bath room, tea making facilities and fridge, the location close to a metro stn and supermarket & breakfast with fresh lettuce. Dissapointed about payment method..credit card was not accepted cuz their equipment was not working. One of the guys at the reception was not very friendly. not bothered about the noise of the lift cuz we were very tired at night & fell asleep. Iverall, compared to 6 other hotels we stayed in Portugal, this hotel was the most convenient one in the end.
Good value for money. Well placed for bus and metro.
I was realy satisfied, the hotel in center of the city, clean, bus stop and subwayabout 200 m from hotel. Over all I could recommend the hotel. What could be better, is a breakfest. Five days near the same, but for this price.......... very good.
Great for shopping the uphill El Corte Inglese, good for connections. A bit poor sound proofing.
ok for the price!!!
We received a friendly welcome from reception on arrival and staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel located on fourth floor - entranceway rather offputting. Had to take lift up to level 4 to reach reception. Small hotel taking up two floors of the building. Room very small, but comfortable bed and small but clean bathroom. Quite a handy location - close to large plaza where tourist buses left from. Good value for money.
Basic hotel but ideally situated near the underground station for access into town. Rather noisy lift and some rooms face busy road but basic facilities available including TV and fridge. Basic but value for money. All staff friendly and helpful.
This is certainly not a 4 star hotel. At best, I give it 2 stars. The hotel is on the 4th and 5th floor of an apartment house. The entrance hallway is depressing and the elevator is as bad. Nonetheless, once you get to the 4th floor, the place is charming and the price can't be beat. The rooms are adequate and clean and the continental breakfast is fair. The metro is close and the neighborhood is nice.
very friendly, very helpful would recommend.
good location for metro, good size apartment type rooms
