| Getting there: |
From the airport, take the FS train to Central Termini Station. From Central Termini station you can reach our hotel by TAXI or by METRO. If you will take taxi, a maximum of 10 minutes, you will arrive at Residenza Ave Roma, Lungotevere Tor di Nona 3; by subway: take Metro Line A (direction Battistini) and get-off at Spagna Station (4th station from Termini), and take Bus 116 (Terminal Gianicolo) and get-off at Zanardelli (6th stop) and walk 200meters to our place.
By Bus from Termini: Take bus no. 40 (Pza. Pia/Castel S. Angelo) and get-off at Ponte Vittorio Emanuele (6th stop from Termini) and walk 500meters going to our place.

| Check-in Procedure: |
Check-in start from 13:00PM until 20:00PM. If the guest arrive before check-in time, they can leave their luggage at the reception and do the check-in later, as soon as the room will be ready. Please advice us about late arrivals. |

Public pay parking area infront of the building at 1.00€/hour (from 8:00AM to 20:00PM), private parking is available on request, refer to our desk at least 2 days before your arrival day. |
