Getting there:From the airport, take the FS train to Central Termini Station. From Central Termini station you can reach our hotel by TAXI or by METRO. If you will take taxi, a maximum of 10 minutes, you will arrive at Residenza Vaticana, Via Ezio 19; by subway: take Metro Line A (direction Battistini) and get-off at Lepanto Station (6th station from Termini), and take Via M. Colonna (400meters walk), turn right at Via Dei Gracchi (3rd street from Lepanto station) and you will reach Via Ezio 19 (first corner).
Check-in Procedure:Check-in start from 13:00PM until 20:00PM. If the guest arrive before check-in time, they can leave their luggage at the reception and do the check-in later, as soon as the room will be ready. Please advice us about late arrivals.
Car parking:Public pay parking area infront of the building at 1.00€/hour (from 8:00AM to 20:00PM), private parking is available on request, refer to our desk at least 2 days before your arrival day.
Child Policy:Children below 4 years old can request baby cot (no extra charge).
More of a B&B than a hotel, however it is very handy to the Vatican and everything else in Rome. The staff were very helpful and courteous and breakfast is good, although no 'bacon & eggs' but they do have cereal! Would thoroughly recommend.
perfect is the word that comes to mind when i think of my stay here. The room was beautiful, the staff are fantastic couldnt do enough for you. Breakfast in your room or in a small dining area. Close to the train station 10 minute walk to the vatican. I cant wait to go back and stay there again.

The rooms are very small (in particular the bathroom and shower!) but our stay was comfortable and relaxing. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to the metro and walking distance from the Vatican. We plan to stay there again when we fly out of Rome.

Ideal location to view Rome from. 5 to 10 minutes walf from the metrostation. Friendly staff. The matresses were hard, but that was the only downside.
We were quite impressed with this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it. Soap in the bathroom would have been handy, as would've minibar prices in the room. Would recommend this hotel to other travellers.
