It was very nice, but we arrived to discover that the hotel has some content, because we were always out there. Accommodation very nice neat and elegant part of town gretings
In really good area - new part of Paris. Close to metro and main train line. Rooms very small and staff very slow at responding to requests but good facilities.
Nice and large rooms with good sized kitchen included, beds are a bit small and we really liked the location, very close to the metro and the Grande Arch. Overall good value for money.
We have good time
Perfect location if leasing a Peugeot and picking up or dropping off at the nearby depot. Supermarket and Starbuck's nearby whilst La Defense is only a short walk away.
My stay was very comfortable due to its location (very close to Metro station, shopping centre & my office) and facilities available in the room (Kitchen facility, Internet connection etc.)
Very professional staff at reception, well prepared (my reservation was printed and correct on my arrival).
it took ~10 minutes to check into a room I had reserved via the internet. there were no irregularaties in the booking. while helping me, the attendent started helping somebody else, adding to the check-in time. In other hotels this is a 30-60 second well rehearsed procedure.. Room for improvement !!
Good functional business hotel - small rooms, but clean and fine for short trips
This accomodation is perfect for a single business traveller, but leaves a lot to be desired for tourist travellers who are staying as a family. The rooms are small, and you are constantly caught by extra charges, such as towells and pillows (they are provided as standard for one person in each room!)
Nice hotel, close La Defence RER and Metro, appr 500 m walk. First night we had to stay on "budget side" but compensation with bottle of champagne was ok. I tend to say that there is nothing wrong in a hotel room which has a bottle of champange waiting for you. Breakfast was good with fresh orange juice (no eggs), but the room was pretty crowded at early morning. Price / Quality ok. Recommended!
Facilities: The Breakfast Room was woefully inadequate in size. It could not even come close to accomodating the number of guest seeking breakfast. This is a serious design flaw in what is otherwise a very nice property. Our guest room was spacious enough, very clean, and comfortable. The staff could not have been more friendly or more accomodating, especially the front desk people. They met every request with a smile and with immediate service. The location was convenient in a very nice neighborhood. There is a small, full service grocery store virtually across the street from the front entrance. The Grande Arche/RER/Metro is but a short walk away. I would stay at this hotel in the future, and I would recommend the property to others.
Good equipment as always in Residhome hotels. Good hotel. Might be improved, though : - Usually not enough persons at the reception desk - sometime bad throughput with the internet connection - sometime soap and shampoo missing in the bathroom
1. On arrival, the doors of the cupboard in the room could not be openend or repaired. The next day an other room was offered. 2. The policy of Residhome is a weekly linnen kit. This is in sharp contrast to the ****-profile of this hotel.
I was genuinely pleased with this facility. While all rooms in Paris tend to be small, this studio afforded me the benefit of breakfast before my tours. It is a new structure 3 blocks from the metro station, bistros and shopping. I will return.
It was difficult to tolerate stinky smell from trays in the restaurant.
