"Very helpful staff, great location only a few tramstops from the centre of Bordeaux. It was fantastic to have our own well-equipped kitchen. Studio apartment bedroom was very small and the bed was very hard, but for the price it was excellent. "Location of Hotel is a tram ride away from the city centre, 4 stops. Air Conditioner in room did not work and when I complained they stated it had broken down in the entire hotel and would be repaired in the next day or two. If I could of arranged alternative accomadation I would of moved. " - Anonymous
