"The service in this hotel was the best we had received in our 12 days in Italy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even went to the trouble to help us confirm our next hotel in Sorrento. We received a photocopy of front page of our local newspaper back from Brisbane every morning. Bathroom was huge and clean. Overall our stay was good. It is not the closest hotel to the Terminii but close enough for us and if they had steamed clean their carpet a bit more frequent, the hotel would have been perfect." - Anonymous
