"Please don't go to Fez and not stay in a Riad, it is the highlight of the trip and the Riad Dar Al Andalous is a great choice. It is located in the medina, near the museum and blue gate with an easy walk to other sites,restaurants etc. When you are in the Riad, the staff and owners will make you feel like you are family, and the meals at night are fantastic, 5 star quality, you should eat in at least once. The building is wonderfully restored and a trip to the roof is worth the climb. " - Stephen Paton

Hotel description:    Built at the beginning of the 20th century, the two connecting houses of Dar Andalous belonged to one of the great Fassi families.
The Andalusian-style, home was transformed into a guest house in 2002, incorporating the most modern conveniences while ensuring that the original character and charm were maintained. Easily reached by car, with an attended parking lot close by, Dar Al Andalous is located in the Batha section of the medina of Fez, just a few minutes walk from the famous museum of the same name and the Bab Boujloud, the stunning main entrance of the Medina.

Dar Andalous: features 12 suites & rooms well equipped, a moroccan restaurant, a traditional Hammam, a panoramic terrace with solarium.

Getting there: As you arrive in Fez, follow the signs to the Medina and to the Batha Museum (in the district of Batha). Dar Al Andalous is situated in the main entrance of the Medina.
Just before arriving at the museum, the red taxi and bus station at Batha square, turn right and continue along Douh Street ( 50 m ) ( before arriving to college Oum El Banin school ), Derb Bennani, Dar Al Andalous on right.

Call us and we can arrange a Airport or Train station transfer to our Riad, or you can get to the Place Batha and we'll pick you up as it's only a short walk to the hotel.
