Getting there:The Riazor Hotel is located downtown and by the sea side. To go swimming, just cross the promenade and you'll be on the beach. The town hall, the business area, Opera House, the Palace of Congress, the shopping centre or the soccer Stadium are just at a short walking distance from the hotel, as well the different museums of La Corua. Stayed at this hotel with a group of 8 lads as part of a trip to Santiago and la Coruna. Secured a great rate through [your website], for a hotel that in my opinion is well worthy of 3 stars. The hotel is clean, the staff are helpfull and friendly, and the location is excellent - in walking distance of all the main city centre locations. We booked 4 twin rooms, and all 4 had a fantastic sea view, which came at no extra cost at the time. Would recommend as a top of the range budget hotel, to use as a base for exploring the city.
Great hotel - great view - great city
Good value, great location, few facilities but better to get out and see great city for sightseeing, food and nightlife (at weekends).
Superb location on the beachfront in A Coruna and a stone's throw from the Riazor football stadium. The hotel lacks a swimming pool and a leisure centre, but when you are this close to the beach and all the local amenities, who cares?! The taxi rank outside the door of the hotel is also a big plus. There are other more pricey options available, but for me the Riazor Hotel has not failed to deliver yet on my two trips there.
