The guy on reception was very friendly & helpful. No after hours reception though so don't loose your key!

Clean, comfortable hotel. Good value. I would stay again. The front desk were very helpful & friendly.

The hotel is in a great location, very quiet yet very convenient, as it is very near to the city either by walking through Edward Street which takes about 5-10 mins walk or taking the Free loop Spring Hill bus, which is FREE, so bonus for that. The room is clean and spacious enough for 3 people. It is a hotel concept, so didn't expect too much of space. But it is definitely big enough for the comfort of 3 people. Staff are friendly and helpful. Surely recommend to others and may return to stay the next time.

it's not far from Central train station & Queen 's Mall. was pleased with the studio.

Staff were very helpful when I couldn't find the light switch.

This hotel could do with a new coat of paint. But apart from a dirty shower, the rest off the hotel was good,in particular the location

Very comfy bed, but room had overspray of that de-odouriser making it a bit uncomfortable!

Very nice hotel with basic facilities. Iron and hairdryer very ineffective and cheap. Very friendly and helpful reception.

Apartment was good value for money. However, lifts broke down for one night. Small admin oversight left me without a swipe-key for late check-in - night on-call reception came to my aid. Very courteous, very helpful, but it still took me over an hour to get into the apartment.

Great place to stay, close to railway station, reception very helpful.

HI we enjoyed staying at the RIDGES and 5 minutes driver into city and no distrubation in the night and good thing it has got free parking if you are staying for the week the management should like into service the appartment twice

In a good spot close to night life and sights of Brisbane. For the price a real bargain. Room was sufficient and facilities good. If your on a budget this was a good place.

Great location and price - will definitely stay again. Is getting a bit "tired" and time for some painting, refurbishing. Bathroom needs de-moulding - we actually went out and bought a bottle of bleach and left it cleaner than when we arrived.

For the money this was an excellent place to stay, good location with helpful staff (though reception is only available for some of the time). If you want a self catering apartment rather than a hotel, I would thoroughly recommend it.

Positive feedback - very convenient to city centre. Duty Manager was very helpful and recommended a fabulous Thai Restaurant nearby. Directions for after hours check in/out were very clear. Kitchenette was well equiped. Great views. Negative feedback - $25 charge for not emptying your rubbish bins is steep. Floor needed a proper vacumn and shower had black mould in the corners. Only a quarter of a roll toilet paper was supplied. The rollaway bed had 2 broken springs and was very uncomfortable. Overall - Reasonable price for city centre but would not stay again.

Great place to stay, central, close to all the action and friendly staff.

Hotel was nice and well located, Reception is closed early, rang in advance for to confirm our booking and flight details we had a late arrival time, we were told no problems everything will be fine and ready. We arrive... late and tired as we had informed the hotel, the reception was closed ok, there was no one on duty, we couldn't get into the hotel because we didn't have a key yet, eventually after nearly 2 hours of phone calls to the after hours reception, (now 1:30 am) the manager arrived with a key for our room. The rest of the stay was good. make sure you arrive before 6pm

Nice room, with plenty of space. Extra charges for daily fresh towels etc. Have to dispose of own rubbish from the room and wash own dishes or face a $25 charge !!! Gentleman at reception was very helpful.
