Getting there:From JR Osaka Station 10 minutes using the free shuttle bus or a taxi, approximately 1,000 yen. From Kansai International Airport Use the JR airport rapid service to Osaka station, about 65 minutes Alternatively, board the Osaka-bound bun from bus terminal number five on the first floor of the airport. Get off at Herbis Osaka, then take a taxi or the free shuttle bus from JR Osaka station as above. You can also catch a taxi. The ride is approximately 60 minutes and costs about 18,000 yen.

This was our second stay at the Rihga Royal in Osaka, can't fault this hotel. Yes, internet access is not provided for free, but the regular free shuttle service to Osaka/Umeda Station makes more than up for it.
Nice hotel in Central Osaka. Good staff, nice size room, not too small, but not sure it is worth the 5 stars indicated. However, when the price is -50%, go for it! There is a free hotel bus from Osaka station, which was tiptop, until it stops running around 22.00. Taxi takes about 5-10min., and costs very little. -Happy customer.

No complaints whatsoever. Spacious room (by Japanese standards), phantastic views, very friendly service, a huge range of toiletries. Very much appreciated the free shuttle service from from JR Osaka station. LAN connection not included in the room rate though.
We booked a double room, which turned out to have a King sized bed. Excellent service, very nice hotel, large rooms, plenty of amenities. There are a number of restaurants in the hotel, although they were a bit pricey. Free shuttle bus to Osaka Station is convenient (would have been helpful to us if there was one to Namba Station as well).
Excellent service, perfectly clean, and all the facilities you could wish for. Staff are extremely helpful and my room was very spacious. The free shuttle bus from the station is very convenient. Probably not a great lovation for sightseeing, although the new train line runs just outside the hotel and takes you straight to Kyoto. I really enjoyed my stay.
I found this a very luxurious place to stay. The staff were extremely helpful and curtious, and the shuttle between Osaka station and the hotel proved very useful.
I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The service was amazing and although the location may not have been so central, it was no inconvenience due to the shuttle bus which was very frequent. A beautiful hotel, i will definitely stay here again!
