"The service personnel are full of smiles and are very helpful. This is my 2nd stay at Ritz Carlton. My mother went with me the first time, and insisted on staying at the same hotel ths time round. The location is great, with all the shopping places within walking distance, so we could shelter from the rain. This also decrease the hassle of haggling with taxi drivers over the prices. Another good thing with Ritz Carlton, or probably all other hotels, is that the taxi waiting at its lobby are all meter-cabs. Returning is the only time when you need to haggle with the cab-drivers. I would choose this same hotel the next time I visit KL, which is often. (Of course, for its price, I would expect the best in all criteria.)" - Anonymous
"The hotel should not be permitted to use the Ritz Carlton name. It has sloppy housekeeping standards, does not provide any extra benefits for executive class rooms such as an executive lounge and the expected free use of the internet in the lounge, afternoon/evening drinks and nibbles. There is nothing to rate this hotel above 4 star level." - Anonymous
