Getting there:If travelling North from Hobart City proceed through two sets of traffic lights at the showgrounds and racecourse continue on for 2kms keeping in left hand lane, we have a large sign on freeway exiting you left, then right. Proceed through via duct turning right and 400 metres to our entrance. Travelling South towards Hobart you will notice William Adams Caterpillar Tractors, keep in left hand lane and follow our signage - Riverfront Motel & Villas.

Have stayed at the Riverfront Motel a few times and found it to be reasonably priced for what we needed.
This hotel lived up to the expectation. Very Clean and very friendly staff. Next time I am in Hobart for leisure I will come again. If you have a car the location is excellent.
good value for money motel, but if you arrive at dinner time on a friday or saturday don't expect to get your allocated parking spot in front of unit, people using restaurant just park wherever they like
Lighting in the room was dim and only available above the head of the bed. Very dated fittings throughout the room and the ensuite. Nice location right on the river front.
Located right alongside highway/freeway so very noisy. Stated that there were tea/coffee making facilities but only supplied 250mls of milk for one weeks stay. No airconditioning, only portable heater and fan - both of which we used during our stay.

We paid $89.00 for three adults in this hotel. It was clean, with a view of the river. We had ducks greeting us very early part of the morning. I would recommend this place to travelers looking for budget accommodation.
Excellent value for money. Austar reception wasn't good but everything else was fine. Breakfast was excellent.
The unit faced the water with a great view. Although an older style unit, it was comfortable and relaxing sitting on our table and chairs watching the resident ducks and the river. We ate our evening meal at the restaurant which was convenient and the serves were very generous. Great value for the price.
